Business Development & Search Consultant –

Remote – 100% commission-based role

  • 3+ years proven track record in business development staffing experience

Responsibilities

  • Research and plan target audience for opportunities
  • Update CRM database with information so we can track your candidates and clients for future payouts
  • Penetrate, cultivate and follow up with contacts driving relationship growth
  • Negotiate contract fee agreements with clients (don’t worry we have all the forms needed)
  • Partner and collaborate with recruiters on new opportunities

You must be comfortable in a high call volume and recruiting atmosphere. Although the role is remote; recruiters know that we must have excellent relationship and the ability to make multiple cold calls daily. We are heavily managed by metrics.
